CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD Availability: All over India Cash on Delivery is available.
  • Movel reserves the right to disable COD for customers with:
    • Repeated order cancellations
    • Refused deliveries
    • Incorrect or fake addresses
  • Refusal to accept a COD order at delivery may result in permanent COD restriction for future orders.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
  • Movel will not be responsible for:
    • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Orders returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING ITEMS
