At MOVEL STYLES, all products are thoroughly checked under strict Quality Control before dispatch.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered.
We do not accept returns for size, fitting issues, or change of mind.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Notify Us
You must inform us within 72 hours ( 3 days) of receiving your order by:
- Emailing us at help@movel.in, or
- Messaging our WhatsApp Support at +91 85304 33458
Requests raised after 72 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.
Step 2: Share Proof
To process your request, you must share:
- Clear parcel opening video (recommended for faster verification)
- Clear images of the product and packaging
Approval is subject to our Quality Control (QC) Team’s verification.
Step 3: Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our QC team, we will inform you of the most suitable return method.
Please note:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 4: Replacement or Refund
- If available, we will replace the product free of cost, or
- Issue a refund for the product value only
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse in original condition.
NO RETURN / NO REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Incorrect address format or PO Box addresses
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by courier partners
- Order refused by the customer at delivery
- Size or fitting issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)
- Product returned in used, washed, altered, or damaged condition
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
- Returns based on personal preference (like/dislike)
- Custom stitched, customized, or made-to-order products
- Jewellery items unless damaged or defective
- Free gifts or promotional items
REFUND TIMELINE
- Refunds are processed within 4 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Movel Styles reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
Orders may be cancelled due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled after payment:
- Customers may choose an alternative product, or
- Receive a full refund to the original payment method
Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
